About E2E
E2E aims to help 16-18 year-olds who aren't certain about their career choices or who don't have the experience, skills or qualifications to start an apprenticeship, college or a job.
E2E is also about change. It aims to help those on the programme become more motivated and confident and develops the personal skills and qualities they need to succeed at work and in life. The E2E Bristol training providers enable young people to participate in a series of sessions and programmes that will boost the confidence and employability skills for those who get involved.
In Bristol hundreds of people start the E2E programme every year. E2E supports learners by understanding their needs and planning an individual programme of courses and activities to meet them.
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) Bristol have produced a number of leaflets that will help you to understand E2E. You can also talk to a Connexions Personal Adviser or just give one of the E2E providers a call and they will be happy to talk to you and arrange an interview.
